American General Supplies, Inc. will contract for and lease most any component on the aircraft platforms we routinely work with and service: Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Bombardier and ATR.

In most cases of lease, the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor (AGS) a fixed, flat monthly lease/rental charge.  Generally that monthly lease payment amount will include and cover a previously agreed maximum number of flight hours.  In the event the monthly utilization of the component exceeds the maximum allowable number of flight hours, the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor a predetermined amount for each flight hour in excess of the maximum permitted utilization. 

In some cases the Lessee may be asked to pay the first and last month’s lease charges through the IATA clearing house as security for the performance of the Lessee during the lease term.  Thereafter, the Lessor (AGS) will invoice the Lessee for monthly lease payments due and jointly agree with Lessee as to how monthly payments are to be made/transmitted.
