The Champ 200 Loading of heavy duty cargo freight for IL-76 and commercial freighters The 20 ton cargo high loader CHAMP 200 can handle all conventional freighters including the IL-76 safe and fast. It is positioned lengthways to the rear cargo door with the front platform directly docked on the door sill. The Champ 70 We Green 7 ton Loader CHAMP 70 We, the electric version of the well established CHAMP 70, offers environmental friendly operation without affecting the performance. The CHAMP 70 We can be fitted either with a 625 Ah permanently installed lead/acid battery or a 400 Ah battery with the quick battery change system PLUG-I-O. The latest lithium battery technology can be applied to the CHAMP 70 We; the lithium battery reduces charging time by factor 4 and has a longer life expectancy compared to a conventional battery. |
The Champ 35 The economic solution for conventional handling of containers The CHAMP 35 is especially designed for the handling of small containers like LD2 or LD3. Its narrow transfer width makes it ideal to handle all 61“ cargo doors at lower deck level of conventional and wide-body aircraft. With its two independently operable platforms and its total narrow width, the CHAMP 35 can also clear the front and rear doors of the A319 very easily. Extremely fast lifting, lowering and transporting speeds reflect this lower deck loader‘s high acceptance with turnaround times at an absolute minimum. The CCL 35s An adaptive vehicle as Transporter and Loader for containers The CCL 35 S combines two vehicles in one – cargo high loader and transporter. Developed in the nineties for handling the A320 family, the CCL 35 S today is able to handle freight on all lower decks of commercial aircraft. The dolly train with containers can be parked anywhere around the aircraft allowing the CCL 35 S to act as a junction to transfer containers between the dollies and the aircraft.
