Inspectors American General Supplies is accredited by the Aviation Suppliers Association to ASA 100 and FAA AC 00-56 standards, and each part we sell, whether factory new, overhauled or surplus, is verified to have FAA 8130-3 certificate and all other apllicable trace docs.

Although not mandatory for suppliers, most of our QA personnel hold FAA License. The parts we buy or sell are thus thoroughly inspected by our on-site FAA certified/licensed inspectors to insure compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications, our customer's requirements and any applicable regulatory standards.

Our facilities and quality control measures are open for inspection by our customers and regulatory authorities and they have earned us approvals from customers such as Air Zimbabwe, British Airways, Ethiopian Airlines, and Pakistan International Airlines and others. Due to these rigorous quality control measures, the rejection rate for our parts is less than one-half of one percent.

Our shipping department strictly follows FAA packing and shipping guidelines per ATA-300 requirements and takes great care in making sure that each and every part you receive arrives safe and meets your standards.

AGS guarantees its products with a very generous warranty program and offers an exchange service for customers in A.O.G situations.
