AGS has been in business for over 40 years. Our company was founded in Chicago, Illinois USA, in July 1982 by Kassa Maru and his brother, Melesse Maru. AGS started as a small commercial aircraft spare parts supplier. Since then, AGS has grown and diversified the business significantly. Our continued growth has been selective and based on a set of well thought out mission objectives.

AGS warrants to the purchaser that the products sold by AGS will be free from defects in their workmanship and materials for the period set below:

Factory New……………………………………………….Original equipment manufacturer’s warranty 

Surplus New……………………………………………….Twelve (12) months from date of shipment or one thousand (1,000) flight hours whichever occurs first. 

Overhauled………………………………………………….Six (6) months from date of shipment or five hundred (500) flight hours whichever occurs first. 

Serviceable (used)……………………………………….Three (3) months from date of shipment or two hundred (200) flight hours whichever comes first 

The above warranty is for mechanical components. The warranty period is reduced by 50% for electrical and avionics components.

AGS’ extensive inventory of parts is centered around large commercial aircraft manufacturers, such as the Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Bombardier, ATR, Hawker Beechcraft, and Sikorsky helicopters but we are able to support aircraft of all makes and models.
